Signing in to BigDrago from the UK: the form, password reset, the iOS app and the help pages

Tap Log in in the header and BigDrago opens a black screen with its serif wordmark, Big in white and Drago in lilac, and the line Play. Win. Repeat. underneath. Two fields follow, each marked with a small asterisk to show it is required: the first takes the email address used to register, and the second takes the password, with an eye icon at its right edge to reveal or mask the characters.

1. Type the email address you registered with.
2. Type your password, and tap the eye icon to check it if needed.
3. Press the wide lilac Log in button at the bottom of the screen.
4. If the password is lost, tap Forgot your password under the button.

A Union flag and EN in the top corner of the form show the language. There is no username field, so the email address is your login.

The Forgot your password link under the Log in button starts a reset. The usual flow is a link sent to your email address, which you open to choose a new password. If no message arrives within a few minutes, check the spam folder and make sure you typed the address you registered with.

• Pick a password unique to BigDrago, at least twelve characters long.
• Do not share your login, even with friends or family.
• On a work or library computer, sign out when you finish and never let the browser remember the password.
• Contact support straight away if you see activity you do not recognise.

At the bottom of the BigDrago pages, above the payment logos, a banner reads Official iOS App. It shows a green icon with a white S, five yellow stars and the words Install and Get Bonus, with a white Get button on the right and a green gift box with a bow beside it.

The banner does not say what the bonus is or what you need to do to receive it. Ask support or read the promotion terms before relying on it. No Android app is shown on the screens supplied, so Android users can use the site in the phone browser, which carries the same bottom bar.

BigDrago links a set of text pages from its footer menus. These are where the rules are written down, and they are worth reading before you deposit.
